To Encourage Lymph Flow:

Sweep from the base of your neck up to the hairline, from the collarbone up to your jawline, and from the base of your neck up toward your chin.

Jawline:Glide from chin to ear along the jaw using the notched side.

Cheeks:Sweep from the nose to the temple in outward strokes.

Under Eyes:Gently glide from inner corner of the eye to the temple.

Eyebrows:Sweep from under the brow bone to the temple.

Forehead:Stroke from the center of the forehead out to the hairline or temples.
