Apart from our bubble wrap and flyers, our packaging is entirely recyclable and reusable.

Why was my order canceled? +
As a new and small scale brand, we have limited inventory available. To ensure fair access to our products, we may cancel orders if we detect scam attempts or if we are short of stock. Additionally, creating multiple accounts to place orders is against our terms and conditions.

What ingredients are used in your products? +
All ingredients in our products are organic and cruelty-free, and we strive to keep them free from synthetic preservatives. Customers can explore the complete list of ingredients in the product details for each item.
What material is your OG NUSH bottle made out of? +
It's made out of BPA-free plastic.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? +
Our ingredients are ethically sourced from Korea, UAE as well as Pakistan. Still, we always recommend our customers check our list of ingredients for allergens and perform a patch test.
How should I use your products? +
Customers may go through the How-To section under each product category on our website for information on the use of each.
Do your products contain any harmful chemicals or allergens? +
Our goal, as always, is to ensure that our products do not contain any harmful items or chemicals and are made entirely out of organic ingredients. For further information, customers may go through the ingredient list on the product labels of each of our products.
Where are your products made? +
Depending on the products, some are made locally and some ingredients are sourced from different parts of the world, however they are formulated in Pakistan.
Are your products organic or natural? +
Yes! All of our wellness products are made out of organic and natural ingredients. They are Natural, handmade in small batches and cruelty free.

Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options? +
We use Post Ex to ship nationwide.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Based on the city you are in and depending on what you are ordering, our average delivery time for Karachi is 3-5 days whereas for other cities, it is 4-6 days.
How much does shipping cost? +
PKR 250-300
Can I track my order? +
Yes, once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation email which will contain the tracking ID of your shipment. Alternatively, you can DM us and we will provide you with your tracking ID.
Do you offer express or next-day delivery? +
Yes, we use Bykea for express delivery within Karachi, however our team must be informed prior to making the order. For other cities, since our orders are mostly prepaid, we offer next day delivery, as long as the shipping and delivery fee is handled by the customer.
What if my package is delayed or lost? +

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We have a no refund policy. In case the item you purchased came damaged, you may either email us or contact us via DM for an exchange.
How do I return or exchange a product? +
DM us or email us on nush.cares@gmail.com. Keep in mind that you may only exchange your product if the product you received is damaged, has a defect or is incorrect.
Can I return an opened product? +
No, however, in the case of the order being incorrect, we will allow an exchange.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product? +
If you receive a product that is either defective or damaged, you may email us or DM us with photographic proof within 3 days of delivery.
