Account Creation & Eligibility

To use our Site or purchase Products, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. By creating an account, you agree to the responsibility for all activities under your account and agree to keep your login information confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.Creating multiple accounts  to purchase products in bulk for resale or export is strictly prohibited. This practice undermines our inventory management and customer access policies. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and restrict account access if we detect such behavior.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

We strive to provide accurate information regarding pricing and product availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and may be canceled at our discretion.For bank transfer option payment must be received before any order is processed. For customized products and orders above 6500 we require bank transfer.All purchases are for personal use and cannot be resold or exported.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.

However, by submitting this content, you give Nush Care a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any form, for marketing and promotional purposes, without any compensation to you.

• You own the rights to the content or have permission from the rights holder.

• You have permission from individuals in your content to use their name, image, and likeness.

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental permission if you are between 13 and 18.

• Your content does not violate any laws or rights of others and is free of harmful or offensive material.

3. Indemnification: You agree to protect Nush Care from any claims or damages arising from your content or any breach of these terms.

4. Nush Care’s Rights: We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any user content. We may review and remove any content at our discretion, without notice. We are not liable for any loss of your content or for failing to store it.

Copyright Complaints

2. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.

3. Identification of the infringing material and where it’s located.

4. Your contact information (email and phone).

6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to share any prohibited content on our platform. Prohibited content includes:

• Fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or harmful behavior.

• Offensive or objectionable material, including profanity, obscenity, violence, or content promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Indemnity

This includes claims that any information or User Content you provide infringes on a third party's rights. You also agree to reimburse Nush Care within 30 days for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with this indemnity.

We do not guarantee the results and we try our best to be as accurate and transparent for product descriptions or other content on the site. Customers should review product details and follow all instructions carefully. We are not liable for any adverse effects due to improper use or failure to follow guidelines. For sensitive groups, including pregnant individuals, it's advised to consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly for products containing essential oils.Scent is subjective, and while we carefully formulate pleasant fragrances, we cannot guarantee every customer will enjoy them; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preferences.
